This site is dedicated to the memory of our beautiful son, Rio Lee Pedlar.
Rio Lee Pedlar was born at the UHW in Cardiff on 30th December 2011. He was born at 3.54pm and lived for an hour and a half. He passed away in our arms and was surrounded by his family. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
